To think that Michael J. Fox and Tracy Pollan are still together after 30-plus years of marriage is shocking considering how things started. The two met on the set of Family Ties, but Pollan was in a five-year relationship with actor Kevin Bacon, and Fox was dating Facts of Life star Nancy McKeon. But sometimes serendipity steps in. Fox was becoming a Hollywood megastar thanks to this little movie called Back to the Future. He and McKeon broke things off after his schedule became too erratic. Pollan meanwhile had ended things with Bacon while he was shooting the play Lemon Sky (yep, the same one where he met his future wife). When Fox found out, he called up Pollan. They married by summer 1988.
