Chris Nowinski is a professional wrestler and the youngest Hardcore Champion in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) history. In 2003, Chris suffered from a concussion and this personal experience led him to author a book called Head Games: Football’s Concussion Crisis, which was published in 2006 and later on became a documentary. The following year, he co-founded Concussion Legacy Foundation with Dr. Robert Cantu. Chris graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology as a cum laude and later earned his Ph.D. in Behavioral Neuroscience at Boston University School of Medicine. Chris received various awards throughout his career, and one of them was the United States Sports Academy Distinguished Service Award.
